Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use Moraph’s websites, including people who use a screen reader, magnification, voice control or a keyboard alone. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What this statement covers

www.moraph.com and the public pages of Moraph’s other sites: the Trust Center, Careers, Documentation, Academy, Status, and the sign-in and public pages of the client portal, Support, the partner portal and the supplier site.

It does not cover the Moraph software clients license or the third-party platforms Moraph runs. Each of those has an Accessibility Conformance Report for the product and version you are evaluating; see Accessibility conformance reports.

Latest assessment: 15 October 2026

  • Method: automated testing with axe-core 4.10 against the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 Level A and AA rules, at a desktop width (1280 pixels) and a phone width (390 pixels), plus a check of the heading structure of every page on www.moraph.com (583 pages).
  • Pages tested: 99 pages at both widths: the home page, About, Leadership, Contact, Newsroom, How to Buy, the solutions catalog and search, every industry and business-unit page, a sample of 17 product pages, Insights, the privacy policy and this statement, the main Trust Center pages, the careers home, locations and jobs pages, and the home pages of Documentation, Academy, the client portal, Support, the supplier site and the partner portal.
  • Found and fixed: a button with too little color contrast on the Newsroom page; sample tables in the product walkthroughs that scrolled sideways but could not be reached with the keyboard; and pages whose headings skipped levels (several industry pages and the solutions catalog).
  • Result after fixes: no automated violations on the pages tested.

Known limitations

  • Automated tools find only some accessibility problems. This assessment did not include testing with screen readers or by disabled users; when that review is done, its date, method and findings will be published here.
  • Product walkthroughs use illustrative screens with sample data. Each step is described in text next to the screen, but the screens themselves are simplified drawings, not the product.
  • Background videos on some pages have no sound and carry no information. They play only on wider screens, never when your device asks for reduced motion or saves data, and each one has a pause button.
  • Documents uploaded by clients, candidates and suppliers to our portals are shown as provided; we cannot guarantee their accessibility.
